Questions

How much time does it take each day?

About 10 to 15 minutes for the lesson, the main exercise and the check-in. Some days include an action that happens later, like a study session or a conversation, and you choose its size yourself. Days 7, 14 and 21 are longer reviews, so give those a little more room.

What if I miss a day?

Every day stays open. You catch up from where you left off and never restart the whole challenge. There's a Return after a missed day page you can open at any point, and Day 15 helps you write your own restart plan. Missing a day is part of what this challenge teaches you to handle.

Do I need to have done the free future-self guide first?

No. If you did the guide, you can bring the goal you chose there. If you didn't, there's a short starting worksheet in the welcome that gets you to the same place before Day 1.

What kind of goal works here?

One goal you can make real progress on in 21 days, and that's within your control. Examples: 12 study sessions for an exam, three mornings a week of painting, setting up a simple system for your bills, updating your CV, or protecting time for something that matters to you. Progress is measured in actions taken, not outcomes you can't control.

Will this change my life completely in 21 days?

No, and it isn't meant to. What you'll have is a clearer direction, real experience acting on one goal, and a plan you've tested on real days. That's something you can keep building on long after Day 21.

Who is this not for?

It isn't therapy or a replacement for professional mental health support. It also isn't a fit if you want to overhaul five areas of your life at once. It's for one focus, one goal, and steady practice.
